5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

5.3 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Eligibility for Returns (Non-Quality Issues)

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.

Customized, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6.2 Returns for Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and a description. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Quality issues include: loose stones, broken clasps, visible scratches or dents upon arrival, or incorrect item shipped.

6.3 Return Shipping

For non-quality returns: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For quality-related issues: we will cover return shipping costs.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
